# Studio start-to-finish

1. Create a prospect in Studio.
2. Fill the intake once, upload screenshots and save.
3. Copy the generated prompt and export the zip bundle.
4. Generate the tailored site using the prompt + bundle.
5. Upload the preview to your WebsiteCreated preview area.
6. Send the generated preview text message.
7. If they want it live, take the £100 launch payment and mark the prospect as paid. The first month is included.
8. Connect their domain, business email and Apron account.
9. Turn preview mode off on the website, switch the final domain live and keep the business on the £30/month managed service after month one.
10. Keep the site on the managed £30/month plan.

## Clean ownership rules
- The client owns the payment account.
- The client owns the Google profile.
- The client owns the live domain.
- The platform hosts and maintains the website system.

## Recommended booking/payment flow
- Customer uses the website to choose a service, class or booking route.
- Customer pays a deposit through the client's Apron link when enabled.
- The client receives the payment alert and handles the booking.
- Cancellations are handled directly by the business, not by the platform.

## Alerts
For launch, use business-email alerts first. Optional WhatsApp/SMS nudges should stay short and should never include sensitive medical form detail.

## Domains, email and previews
- Keep the preview on your own WIP path until the client pays.
- Once paid, move the site to the client domain and set the website link on Google Business Profile.
- Use the client business email for Apron, website notifications and recovery links.
- The owner login can store an alert email and owner mobile now, even if text alerts are switched on later.
- Keep payment handling between the customer and the business. The site should collect the request, show the payment link and send the alert — not hold the money itself.
- Use the website gallery as the reliable source of truth. Instagram and Facebook should support the site, not replace it.

## Template workflow
- Keep frozen sector foundations inside `templates/`.
- Atlas is the first frozen foundation for boxing / gyms / combat-sports.
- Studio exports include the templates folder so future builds keep the same DNA.
- Track which sectors are ready to clone from inside Studio > Templates.
